BKD Butter is made by ancient bilona method ,our indian desi cow BKD milk taken and curdled , where curd is hand churned with wooden churner in clockwise & anti clockwise direction ( bilona ) to make BKD butter
BKD Paneer is made by curdling heated milk with curd. This separates thick curd from the whey. The curdled mixture or the thick curd is then strained in a muslin or soft cloth and the excess water is pressed out. The cloth with the paneer is hung for half hour to remove the excess water. This is the basic way to prepare paneer. Paneer made by using curd is softer, creamier and less tangy.
BKD Ghee is made by ancient bilona method ,our indian desi cow BKD milk taken and curdled , where curd is hand churned with wooden churner in clockwise & anti clockwise direction ( bilona ) to make butter This butter then boiled on slow flames on cow dung stoves. After excess water evaporates , we get BKD pure and rich ghee. Around 28 ltrs of BKD milk used to make 1 kg of BKD ghee.
